Somewhat of an introduction - but also an explanation for my inspiration.
This is my sweet little one year old boy. Yes - his face is covered in blueberries. And yes - HE is my inspiration. In one of my challenge groups, our challenge for the day was to post a picture of someone or something who inspires you to keep going.
I want the best for him and I want to lead by example. As he grows I want him to know the importance of health and fitness and treating your body right. I cannot imagine having any of my days be cut short with him because of my health. I will not let anything get in the way of my time with him - and I love that this journey is something I get to share with him.
